But the sessions slowly spiral out of control and overtake Mun-oh’s life when he realizes Kang's story is based on observations of Mun-oh’s friend and rival, the source of his inferiority complex, and his wife, who was Mun-oh's first love. Will fiction destroy Mun-oh’s reality? Notes from the Last Row is directed by Kim Gyu-tae (The Trunk) and written by Jang Myung-woo (My Mother, the Mermaid).
