Fresh off his first Emmy nomination, Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette creator Connor Hines is bringing a new story to Netflix. Jupiter Island takes place on an ultra-exclusive island where professional golfers reign supreme — until a secret upends their carefully curated world. 

Produced in collaboration with A24, the drama Jupiter Island is the first series in a new creative partnership between Hines and Netflix. Julie Gardner from Bad Wolf executive produces. “I’m thrilled to be partnering with Netflix, A24, and Bad Wolf’s Julie Gardner,” Hines said in a statement. “I’ve been living with the world of Jupiter Island for quite some time, and I’m so excited and lucky to bring it to life with such amazing collaborators.”
